Two curves are burned into the top 1/5 of every frame: pose score (action quality)
and gate (is there cricket in the shot). Where the gate passes, the score curve is a solid
red line with fill; where the gate rejects, it turns grey (score invalid).
Model cricket_pose_score_v2.1,
threshold 0.7, display smoothing 0.4s,
mean gate valid across the set 74%.
Below each card are the clip's 5 highest-scoring frames (ranked by the same smoothed gated score, at least 1.5s apart; the red outline marks the top one — grey numbers mean the clip has no gate-passing frame and falls back to ungated ranking). Hover a thumbnail to play a 3.9s loop around that highlight in place (1.5s before + 2.4s after), click to enlarge (←/→ pages through the strip), and click the ▶ in the corner (or alt+click) to jump to that moment in the source video. The lightbox shows the still frame and the loop side by side; the still is at full render resolution and can be downloaded as JPG.

Bowling highlights get one extra step: within ±0.6s of the peak, and only while the score stays above 85% of the peak, the frame is re-picked so the bowler's face is visible. ☺ on a thumbnail = face visible, ◔ = the bowler is facing away for the whole window, so the original frame is kept (highlights are never dropped). Batting / fielding are untouched.
